‘മനുഷ്യരേ, ഇത്‌ സശ്രദ്ധം ശ്രവിക്കുക. ഈ കൊല്ലത്തിനു ശേഷംഈ സ്ഥാനത്ത്‌ വെച്ച്‌ ഇതുപോലെ ഇനി നാം കണ്ടുമുട്ടുമോ എന്ന്‌ അറിഞ്ഞുകൂട. മനുഷ്യരേ, ഈ പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ, ഈ മാസത്തിന്റെ, ഈ സുദിനത്തിന്റെ പവിത്രതപോലെ നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്തത്തിനും അഭിമാനത്തിനും സമ്പത്തിനും പരസ്പരം ആദരവ്‌ കല്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്‌.’
‘നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈവശം ആരുടെയെങ്കിലും അമാനത്തുകള്‍ (സൂക്ഷിപ്പ്‌ സ്വത്തുകള്‍) ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അത്‌ കൊടുത്തുവീട്ടുക.’ ‘ജാഹിലിയ്യാ കാലത്തെ എല്ലാ ദുരാചാരങ്ങളേയും ഞാനിതാ കുഴിച്ചുമൂടുന്നു. എല്ലാവിധ പലിശയേയും ഞാനിതാ ചവിട്ടിത്താഴ്ത്തുന്നു. മൂലധനമല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അവകാശപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. ഒരാളും അക്രമിക്കപ്പെടരുതല്ലോ, എന്റെ പിതൃവ്യന്‍ അബ്ബാസ്‌(റ)വിന്‌ കിട്ടേണ്ടതായ പലിശ ഞാനിതാ ദുര്‍ബലപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.’
‘എല്ലാ നിലക്കുള്ള പ്രതികാരങ്ങളും ഇതാ അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഓന്നാമതായി അബ്ദുല്‍ മുത്തലിബിന്റെ മകന്‍ ഹാരിഥിന്റെ മകന്‍ റബീഅയുടെ പ്രതികാരം ഇതാ ദുര്‍ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.’

Jamal Moidutty Thandantharayil ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ഈ ഭൂമിയില്‍ ഇനി പിശാച്‌ ആരാധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതില്‍ നിന്നും അവന്‍ നിരാശനായിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാല്‍ ആരാധനയല്ലാതെ നീചപ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളാല്‍ അവന്‍ അനുസരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതില്‍ അവന്‍ തൃപ്തിയടയും. പിശാചിന്‌ ആരാധനയുണ്ടാവുകയില്ല, എന്നാല്‍ അനുസരണം ഉണ്ടാവും.’ ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, സ്ത്രീകളുടെ വിഷയത്തില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം. അവര്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ ഒരു അമാനത്താണ്‌. എന്നാല്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ വിരിപ്പില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്്‌ ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്തവരെ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കാതിരിക്കുക എന്നത്‌ അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ നിങ്ങളോടുള്ള കടമയാണ്‌. നിങ്ങള്‍ അവരോട്‌ മാന്യമായി പെരുമാറുക. അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ ആവശ്യമായ ഭക്ഷണം, വസ്ത്രം എന്നിവ മാന്യമായി നിങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുക.’ ‘ഞാനിതാ കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം നിങ്ങളിലേക്ക്‌ എത്തിച്ചു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. രണ്ട്‌ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഞാനിതാ നിങ്ങളെ ഏല്‍പ്പിക്കുന്നു. അത്‌ രണ്ടും മുറുകെ പിടിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തോളം നിങ്ങള്‍ പിഴച്ചുപോകുകയില്ല; അത്‌ അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഗ്രന്ഥവും അവന്റെ പ്രവാചകന്റെ ചര്യയുമാണ്‌.’ ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, എനിക്ക്‌ ശേഷം ഇനി ഒരു പ്രവാചകനില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ ശേഷം ഒരു സമുദായവുമില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഥനെ മാത്രം ആരാധിക്കുക, അഞ്ച്‌ സമയം നമസ്കരിക്കുക, റമദാനില്‍ നോമ്പ്‌ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുക, സകാത്ത്‌ നല്‍കുക, ഹജ്ജ്‌ നിര്‍വഹിക്കുക, നിങ്ങളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തെ അനുസരിക്കുക. എങ്കില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്്‌ സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കാം.’ ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, എന്നെ സംബന്ധിച്ച്‌ നിങ്ങളോട്‌ ചോദിക്കും അന്ന്‌ നിങ്ങളെന്തായിരിക്കും മറുപടി പറയുക?’ ‘താങ്കള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ എത്തിച്ചു തന്നു, താങ്കളുടെ ദൗത്യം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു, എന്ന്‌ ഞങ്ങള്‍ പറയും’ എന്ന്‌ അവര്‍ ഏക സ്വരത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. അന്നേരം പ്രവാചകന്‍ തന്റെ ചൂണ്ടുവിരല്‍ മേല്‍പ്പോട്ട്‌ ഉയര്‍ത്തി ‘അല്ലാഹുവേ, നീ ഇതിന്‌ സാക്ഷി . . . നീ ഇതിന്‌ സാക്ഷി . . .’ എന്ന്‌ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു. ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഒരേ പിതാവില്‍ നിന്ന്‌. എല്ലാവരും ആദമില്‍ നിന്ന്‌, ആദം മണ്ണില്‍ നിന്നും സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. നിങ്ങളില്‍ ഏറ്റവും ആദരണീയന്‍ ഏറ്റവും ഭക്തിയുള്ളവനാണ്‌. അറബിക്ക്‌ അനറബിയേക്കാള്‍ തഖ്‌വ കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ശ്രേഷ്ഠതയുമില്ല.’ ‘ജനങ്ങളേ, ഇവിടെ ഹാജറുള്ളവര്‍ ഹാജരില്ലാത്ത വര്‍ക്ക്‌ ഇത്‌ എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുക. എത്തിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവര്‍ എത്തിച്ചവരേക്കാള്‍ കാര്യം ഗ്രഹിച്ചേക്കാം.’ നബി(സ)യുടെ പ്രസംഗശേഷം വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആനിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സൂക്തം അവതരിച്ചു: ‘ഇന്ന്‌ ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ നിങ്ങളുടെ മതം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി ത്തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ നിറവേറ്റിത്തരികയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. മതമായി ഇസ്ലാമിനെ ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ തൃപ്തിപ്പെട്ടു തരികയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു’(സൂറ: മാഇദ:3)

Any way Since it is in Hadith I agree for arguement, and If it was a proper a transition of hadith, that they consummated at the age 9 of Ayisha, that would mean she was matured to puberty on that age. Still it is a special case to prophet and a setup made by the creator for the narration of teachings related to family life. Most of the hadith related to family life is narrated by Ayisha and she lived many years after the death of the Prophet (PBUH) and there is no teaching to all common muslims to marry at age of 9.

Resurgent Islam Sanjay Chelatt You know, there are three categories of women that are noted in verse 65:4:
(1) ya'isna mina-l-mahidi (Despair of menstruation)
(2) lam yahidna (Do not menstruate, not menstruated)
(3) wa-ulatul-ahmali (Those that are pregnant)
We will discuss the first two categories that have connection to your claim. The first category 'ya'isna mina-l-mahidi' (Despair of menstruation):-
The first point to note is that often translators restrict the meaning of 'ya'isna mina-l-mahidi' (despair of menstruation) to women who are passed the age of menstruation (menopausal). This is an unnecessary restriction and unwarranted by the Quran's own context. If this term was restricted to menopausal or old aged women, then the Arabic term which proceeds it "ini ir'tabtum' (if you have any doubts) would become superfluous. An old aged woman or a woman who has become menopausal would not have any doubt as to the condition of her menstruation.
Clearly, the main purpose of verse 65:4 is to capture those women whose menstrual cycles cannot be determined in contrast with verse 2:228. If cycles are determinable then verse 2:228 would clearly apply.
2:228 "Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three monthly periods (Arabic: thalathata qurin)..."
Therefore, the term 'ya isna mina-l-mahdi' captures those women who for one reason or another, do not menstruate anymore or with any degree of regularity. Of course, this will include menopausal women as well as old aged women, but it is not necessarily restricted to just them.
Now the second category (the controversial one) 'lam yahidna' (Do not menstruate, not menstruated)
The term 'lam yahidna' (no courses) is not a reference to pre-pubescent young girls. Instead, it captures all those women that for any medical reason have never had courses, or, though they expect to menstruate, have not done so for any reasons.
A breakdown of the Arabic words are provided here for analysis.
"...wa-allai (and the ones who) lam (did not) yahidna (menstruate)..."
Please note,
Lam is a negation in the past tense
Lan is a negation in the future tense
La is a negation in the present tense
In in the Quran one reads in verse 2:196 with regards the sacrifice at Hajj for those who 'lam yajid' (not find), a fast prescribed for three days and seven on return.
2:196 "And whosoever (can) not find (Arabic: lam yajid), then a fast of three days while on the pilgrimage, and of seven when you have returned; that is, ten in all"
Therefore, the phrase 'lam yahidna' is better translated as 'those who did not (negation in the past tense) menstruate'. This refers to those who have not yet menstruated even though they are expected to menstruate (due to any medical reason). This certainly does not imply young prepubescent female children who have not yet reached the age of puberty.

Resurgent Islam With regard to age of marriage, the Quran states, “And make not over your property (property of the orphan), which Allah had made a (means of) support for you, to the weak of understanding, and maintain them out of it, clothe them and give them good education. And test them until they reach the age of marriage. Then if you find them maturity of intellect, make over them their property...” (Quran, 4:5-6).
In the matter of children who have lost a parent, a Muslim is ordered to (a) feed them, (b) clothe them, (c) educate them, and (d) test them for maturity “until the age of marriage” before entrusting them with management of finances.
Here the Quranic verse demands meticulous proof of their intellectual and physical maturity by objective test results before the age of marriage in order to entrust their property to them. The verse is sufficient for anyone to know that Quran does not permit marriage to prepubescent female children .
